About The Position

The Senior AE MS&P role is a key contributor to the execution of business strategies. This role is responsible for enabling Sales teams to deliver NOS, share, and productivity targets. This includes providing insights into market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the effective implementation of marketing strategies. Market strategy role to develop national market strategies aligned with the overall brand strategy and deploy to the Sales Organization for execution. Leverage analytical tools and integrate dynamic data systems to develop new category/brand insights. Leverage consumer insights and partner with key customers to develop winning joint business strategies and plans. Partner with North American Business Unit to launch breakthrough innovation in Canada.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales operations or market strategy planning
Experience in managing customer and/or vendor relationships
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
A forward thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
Strong proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint is required
Strong proficiency in Nielsen Market Track, and/or Power BI is an asset
Located in Toronto
