You will own the grocery and dry goods category end to end — canned goods, sauces, condiments, oils, dry grains, spices, and centre-of-plate staples — across a national restaurant network spanning multiple brands and formats. Dry and canned goods are the backbone of kitchen operations. These are often the highest-volume, most contract-intensive items on the menu — where discipline in SKU management, supplier consolidation, and cost negotiation directly impacts franchisee profitability. You will be expected to bring rigour, structure, and commercial acumen to every sourcing decision. You will work closely with culinary, supply chain, operations, and finance. The role carries real accountability and meaningful scope for someone who wants to go deep in a category that touches almost every dish on the menu.
