About The Position
Seeking a responsible individual to work collaboratively with individuals who have a Mental Illness to support their wellness, recovery and independence within our Supported Housing Program based in Brooklyn, Manhattan and the Five Towns. This full-time position is based in Brooklyn.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in the Human Services field
- Strong background working with individuals who have a Mental Illness
- Valid driver’s license
- Own car

- Masters degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Regular apartment visits
- Weekly phone calls
- Medication and medical monitoring
- Contacting client’s mental health and medical health teams on a monthly basis
- Documentation of rental payments
- Fire drill evacuations
- Apartment inspections
