The purpose of this position is to manage the clinical and/or social services activities of participants of the assigned Accountability Court (Treatment and Accountability Court, Felony Drug Court, Veterans Treatment Court, Family Treatment Court, DUI/Drug Court). This position acts as liaison with participants and their treatment providers, social service agencies, and other organizations. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing intensive case management services to Court participants; working with treatment providers to develop a comprehensive treatment plan consisting of integrated mental health and substance use treatment services based upon individual needs; managing the individual cases of Court participants and maintaining case files that capture relevant data in accordance with the Standards for Georgia Accountability Courts and the Council of Accountability Court Judges; supervising participants in their effort to complete their assigned program; ensuring the participant under the coordinator's supervision are closely monitored for eventual success in the program; and performing additional tasks as assigned.
