About The Position
We’re partnering with a growing advisory firm seeking a Senior Business Valuation Associate to join their Valuation & Transaction Advisory team. This role focuses on financial modeling, valuation analysis, and client-facing advisory work, with opportunities to lead engagements and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Experience in financial modeling and business valuation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to transaction advisory, M&A, or consulting environments
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CFA a plus)

Responsibilities
- Lead financial analysis and build complex valuation models
- Apply advanced valuation methodologies (DCF, market comps, capitalization of earnings)
- Prepare and present valuation reports and insights to clients
- Support transaction advisory work, including Quality of Earnings engagements
- Conduct client interviews and develop strong business understanding
- Provide recommendations based on valuation outcomes
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality engagements
- Mentor and develop junior analysts
- Assist with business development and client relationship management
