About The Position
We’re partnering with a growing advisory firm seeking a Business Valuation Supervisor to join their Valuation & Transaction Advisory team. This role focuses on leading financial modeling, valuation analysis, and client engagements while mentoring junior staff and supporting transaction-related work.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in business valuation / financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial analysis
- Advanced Excel and modeling skills
- Experience working in advisory, consulting, or public accounting environments
- Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting
Nice To Haves
- CPA, CFA, ASA, ABV, or similar certification preferred
- Master’s a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis and develop complex valuation models
- Apply valuation methodologies (DCF, market comps, capitalization of earnings)
- Prepare and present valuation reports and insights to clients
- Collaborate with clients to understand business drivers and strategic priorities
- Support transaction advisory work, including Quality of Earnings engagements
- Provide recommendations based on valuation outcomes
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management
