About The Position

We’re partnering with a growing advisory firm seeking a Business Valuation Manager to lead valuation engagements and manage client relationships. This role combines financial modeling, analytical execution, and team leadership within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Requirements

• Experience in business valuation, financial analysis, and modeling
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and reporting
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Prior leadership or team management experience
• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting (CPA, CFA, or similar preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation engagements from proposal through delivery
• Perform financial analysis, build models, and assess business performance
• Develop forecasts, benchmark analyses, and valuation reports
• Present findings and insights to clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure quality and accuracy across all work products
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on engagements
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and engagement workflow
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and senior associates
