About The Position

As the Senior Business System Analyst, you will partner with Digital Technology teams and business clients to collect and clarify business needs, design, and implement technology solutions. You will own how operations processes are built, configured, integrated, managed, and maintained in all digital applications. You will be an active thought partner and application visionary who shapes technology demand among business stakeholders. You will interact with all levels of the organization from the manufacturing plant floor personnel to the CEO. Excellent communication skills, deep understanding of manufacturing processes, technical expertise in EPICOR or PLEX, and a passion to meet business needs are each required to be successful.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and influence project decisions
  • Strong understanding of basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards
  • Understanding of C# and/or SQL syntax
  • Experience with API’s, Web Services, or other forms of integration
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), Systems Integrator, System Configurator, or similar role
  • 2+ years' experience with ERPs
  • Experience with BAQs (Business Activity Queries), BPMs (Business Process Development), Dashboard development and other configurations
  • Change Management experience when deploying major functionality improvements
  • Experience in Data Migrations: use of data analysis techniques and data integration tools

Responsibilities

  • Work with business partners to identify and analyze potential digital solutions; assess potential solution impact; assist with establishing solution priority; facilitates deployments; and identifies potential disruption to business processes
  • Identify, document, develop, test, and deploy appropriate integrations and configuration solutions
  • Create and support: Dashboards, ERP configuration, system integrations and custom reports
  • Communicate with senior business leaders and provides consultative support on business-led initiatives
