Requirements

Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Two (2) years of experience in Programming Languages.
Two (2) years of experience in Database Query Languages, including SQL or MySQL.
Two (2) years of experience in Agile, Jira, or Confluence.
Two (2) years of experience in Salesforce data analysis.
Two (2) years of experience in Looker or Tableau reporting tools.
Two (2) years of experience in Data Warehouse design.
Two (2) years of experience in Data Management.

Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders to collect and document business data and requirements, translating them into specifications in user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Define data and analytics processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Create essential technical and business documentation, including application, data flow, sequence diagrams, entity relationship, and integration diagrams.
Present data and system designs to both internal and external stakeholders for decision making and approval.
Perform architectural design, requirement design, analysis, and quality assurance.
Collaborate with various cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and design system solutions.
Collaborate with technical product managers to build out user guides and training materials for end-users.
Collaborate with engineers to implement technical solutions to meet business requirements and compliance regulations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to document user acceptance testing scenarios and obtain sign-off prior to deployment.
Assist with testing coordination and documenting defects.
Identify industry trends and new releases to proactively identify optimization opportunities and create stakeholder value.
