Senior Business Systems Analyst, Order to Cash IT & Security | Boston, MA At Klaviyo, we value the unique backgrounds, experiences and perspectives each Klaviyo brings to our workplace each and every day. We believe everyone deserves a fair shot at success and appreciate the experiences each person brings beyond the traditional job requirements. If you're a close but not exact match with the description, we hope you'll still consider applying. About the team Klaviyo went public in 2023 and is scaling fast. This is a rare chance to help build the Order to Cash (O2C) foundation for a company at this inflection point. The Finance Technology Systems team is part of G&A Systems within Global Technology Solutions (GTS). This group designs, operates, and continually improves the applications and workflows that power how Klaviyo manages money, risk, and financial reporting at scale. The team partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Procurement, and Internal Audit, as well as adjacent technology teams like Corporate IT, Data, and GTM Systems, to ensure our back-office stack is reliable, well-integrated, compliant, and ready for a public, AI-forward SaaS business. We own the roadmap, health, and governance of platforms including our ERP and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite/Oracle), procure-to-pay (e.g., Coupa), revenue and billing systems, and related integrations and automation. This role reports to the Director, G&A Systems and is an individual contributor position on the Finance Technology Solutions team. What You'll Do As the Senior Business Systems Analyst, O2C, you will be a hands-on owner of Klaviyo's O2C application landscape and core financial workflows, contributing directly to Enterprise and International Expansion capabilities that support revenue growth. Build and support the O2C stack Contribute to the roadmap for Klaviyo's O2C stack, translating business requirements into functional and technical design Support the integration of CPQ to NetSuite, helping deliver Enterprise capabilities at scale Help assess the O2C systems landscape and provide recommendations to inform future direction Apply rigorous testing and build practices to ensure high-quality delivery Support SOX, controls, and audit readiness Help design, implement, and operate IT General Controls (ITGCs) across O2C applications, partnering with Internal Audit, Security, and external auditors Help simplify and automate controls and evidence collection to make audits more reliable and predictable Contribute to AI-native transformation across Finance Help identify and deliver AI use cases across the O2C workflow, partnering with Klaviyo's AI and data platform teams Support embedding AI into core Finance processes with clear guardrails and measurable productivity gains — this is active, in-progress work, not a future-state vision Improve core Finance processes and systems Partner with Controllership, Tax, and Treasury teams to refine end-to-end O2C workflows Help ensure ERP and other SaaS O2C applications are configured and operated to support accurate, timely close and high-quality financial data Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally Act as a key technical resource for Controller and Finance leadership on systems, data, and process topics Represent Finance Technology Systems in relevant planning cycles and cross-functional initiatives as needed Who You Are You've spent time at the intersection of Finance and Technology, and you think beyond just keeping systems running — you think in terms of design, roadmaps, and outcomes. You understand what a well-run O2C function looks like and want to help build one. You've worked through real complexity: ERP transformations, SOX audits, billing system overhauls, or the work of integrating Finance systems at a growing company. You don't need a perfect environment to do great work — you bring structure, and you collaborate well with both Finance and engineering stakeholders. Specifically, you likely bring: 6+ years in enterprise or business systems, with meaningful exposure to Finance technology at a tech or SaaS company; 2+ years working directly in O2C Practical exposure to SOX ITGC and experience working with Internal Audit or external auditors Familiarity with what enterprise-led growth and international expansion require from Finance systems Hands-on experience with ERP and Finance application tools (NetSuite/Oracle, Avalara, Zuora, or similar) and how Finance data flows across a modern tech stack Interest in or experience partnering with engineering on AI-driven automation Bonus: experience building or piloting AI/automation in Finance workflows (reconciliations, invoice processing, forecasting prep) — happy to talk through what worked and what didn't
