About The Position
The Senior Business Performance & Finance (BPF) Analyst is a key member of the Specialty Operations - Additives BPF organization. The role is responsible for financial performance reporting, forecasting, business support, and competitive performance. It partners closely with business leaders, asset teams, Operations, Delivery Leads, Audit, partner organizations, and other Finance stakeholders to integrate actuals, plan, and competition into business decision-making. The analyst serves as a trusted advisor to leadership by delivering high-quality financial and operational insights, supporting business processes, and enabling data-driven decisions that improve competitiveness and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or another similar discipline.
- At least 5+ years of Finance/FP&A or industry experience.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced proficiency in digital tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, including SAP.
- Highly developed analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior management effectively and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
