Its BizOps & Strategy team turns enterprise-wide complexity into strategic and operational clarity and helps deliver long-term business outcomes.

The Senior Business Operations & Strategy Manager will act as a strategic force multiplier across the company, partnering closely with the executive team. The role owns strategic initiatives across strategic planning, cross-functional delivery, and AI enablement and scale. It involves solving complex, unstructured business problems, challenging assumptions, and scaling the organization’s operating cadence.

The role is hybrid, with flexible working hours. The listed U.S. salary range is $165,000–$210,000 USD, with compensation packages based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in a fast-paced technology environment, with a record of high performance in strategy and operations or business operations roles.
• Deep experience influencing and advising C-level executives, presenting complex trade-offs, and driving alignment across conflicting priorities.
• Experience leading complex, company-critical strategic initiatives end-to-end, with a strong record of ownership and exceeding expectations.
• Ability to distill ambiguous problems into simple, actionable direction and ensure organizational understanding of an initiative’s why, what, and when.
• Intellectual curiosity, strong drive, and courage to work with significant ambiguity and imperfect information, and to challenge assumptions throughout the organization.
• An AI-native builder mindset, with a bias toward AI-first execution and the ability to design growth strategies, analyze data, implement solutions, and own the work end-to-end at pace.

Responsibilities

• Architect, govern, and own the company-wide strategic planning process and OKR engine, partnering with C-suite stakeholders to drive alignment, evaluate strategic trade-offs, and refresh corporate priorities.
• Bridge product, engineering, and commercial teams to align product roadmaps with go-to-market strategies, including building expansion and vertical strategies where necessary.
• Conduct quantitative analysis, market sizing, and financial modeling to evaluate growth vectors, strategic bets, pricing strategies, and resource allocation.
• Mobilize and lead complex, mission-critical cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, establishing accountability frameworks and translating enterprise strategies into measurable business outcomes.
• Champion organizational efficiency by deploying AI tools, automation workflows, and scalable operational playbooks to improve cross-departmental productivity and eliminate operational friction.
