Senior Business Operations Manager

Western DigitalSan Jose, CA

About The Position

WD is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to own the execution of business plans by framing risks, tradeoffs, and recovery options aligned to targets and customer commitments. This role will lead supply planning and allocation decisions, ensuring consistency of assumptions, metrics, and decision logic across revenue, supply, and customer priorities. The ideal candidate will drive fact-based resolution of customer and supply escalations by defining decision options, impacts, and recommended forward paths. They will manage the delivery of business commitments and customer qualification readiness, interpreting signals to surface structural gaps, timing risks, and options. This position will translate near-term decisions into longer-term implications by supporting multi-quarter scenario framing and upside/downside analysis. The role also involves owning weekly business reporting and executive updates focused on decision support, not status reporting. A key aspect of this role is partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams to align inputs, interpretations, and outcomes, and supporting Finance with revenue attainment, close activities, and quarter-end decisions.
