About The Position

At NATURTREU, we develop dietary supplements that help people consciously care for their bodies in everyday life. Many customers use our products daily. We take this responsibility seriously. Since 2018, we have been growing as a digital brand and reaching hundreds of thousands of people across Germany every month. Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Business Development or Strategy, with a proven track record of building, not just optimizing.
  • Startup or scale-up experience is a prerequisite.
  • Proven ability to negotiate independently with external partners and successfully close deals.
  • Ability to build robust business cases and identify assumptions that could derail a plan.
  • Ability to make independent decisions within the scope of your initiatives and prepare complex decisions for C-level.
  • Strong stakeholder management and clear, audience-appropriate communication from operational teams to C-level.
  • Proactive and self-structured approach to driving initiatives forward.
  • Ideally, experience in D2C, Consumer Brands, or Health/Wellness.
  • Affinity for AI: Openness to using AI tools in daily work (e.g., market research, supplier analysis, price data evaluation) and utilizing new technologies for efficiency.
  • Fluent German and business-fluent English.

Responsibilities

  • Independently develop and implement selected strategic initiatives from the initial idea through the business case to operational setup.
  • Take P&L responsibility for the areas you build and ownership for results, not just for the setup.
  • Depending on the initiative, continue to lead new areas long-term as Lead or hand them over structurally to a dedicated owner.
  • Work cross-functionally without direct authority, with conviction and structure.
  • Maintain an overview of the status of your initiatives and proactively communicate progress, blockers, and next steps.
  • Keep an eye on the market and trends and know when an opportunity is worth pursuing.
  • Identify which collaborations have real revenue potential and which do not, and develop the right ones from start to finish.
  • Negotiate independently and reach successful conclusions.
