About The Position

Flintco is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager for Flintco Renewables to develop and advance strategic opportunities in utility-scale solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) markets. The position builds and manages relationships with renewable energy developers, independent power producers, utilities, asset owners, data center and energy infrastructure customers, investors, and other stakeholders. Flintco was founded in 1908 and employs more than 800 people in eight cities. Its work serves healthcare, education, hospitality, sports, and industrial clients, and it self-performs concrete, steel erection, and excavation. The company emphasizes safety, integrity, quality, accountability, and honesty, and uses Lean principles to guide continuous improvement.
