About The Position

Bloomreach is looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join their Professional Services team. This role focuses on helping top e-commerce businesses improve their performance by effectively deploying and utilizing Bloomreach's Loomi AI Platform. The consultant will support clients during implementation, gather business requirements, manage data migration, and deploy automated programs. They will also act as a key advisor on e-commerce, analytics, data management, digital marketing, marketing automation, and email/mobile technologies. Building strong client relationships, maximizing platform utilization, and improving KPIs and ROI are crucial. The role involves collaborating with Customer Success Managers to develop business strategies and roadmaps, understanding Bloomreach's marketing solution, and guiding clients and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include client onboarding, platform adoption, feature utilization, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product-focused services and drive process improvements.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in B2B and/or B2C SaaS OR in-house eCommerce experience.
  • Strong consulting skills, including clear communication, presentation abilities, confidence in engaging stakeholders, exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Keeping expertise up to date by deepening knowledge of Bloomreach's marketing solution through continuous learning and self-study is expected.
  • Independence, self-organization, ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
  • Understanding of technology around marketing cloud solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Bloomreach's marketing solution features is preferred.
  • Experience in online analytics, performance marketing, marketing automation, data science, A/B testing, personalization, campaign optimization, customer lifetime value, email automation, reactivation, attribution modeling, prediction, product recommendations, and e-commerce is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with templating languages such as Jinja or Liquid is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Become an SME on Bloomreach's marketing solution, powered by Loomi AI.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the business consultancy practice in the US.
  • Support clients in bringing continuous improvement to their sites, shops or apps (audit web pages and online shops; design, manage and evaluate AB tests; propose changes to enhance customer experience and raise conversion rates).
  • Communicate with clients, teach them how to use the CDP platform, suggest improvements to their products, prepare reports for their business decisions and project evaluation.
  • Oversee implementation of a client’s applications, websites or online shops.
  • Communicate regularly with clients through online channels and on-site visits.
