About The Position
MNP is seeking a Senior Consultant, Business AI to join their Digital Solutions team. This role focuses on client engagements related to Microsoft 365 transformation, AI-powered productivity, Copilot, and agent-based solutions. The position involves business advisory, solution delivery, and hands-on learning, with the goal of helping clients identify use cases, design solutions, and achieve practical outcomes using Microsoft 365, Copilot, agents, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related Microsoft capabilities. The role is suited for a consultant aiming for greater ownership, with support from senior team members. Key qualifications include strong Microsoft 365 foundations, client-facing experience, and an interest in AI and agent technologies. While Power Platform knowledge is beneficial, the primary focus is on Microsoft 365, Copilot, and business outcomes. Requirements
- 3+ years of consulting, advisory, digital workplace, business analysis, or Microsoft technology experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and collaboration technologies.
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents, automation, or other AI-enabled workplace technologies.
- Experience participating in or facilitating client workshops, assessments, or solution-design activities.
- Strong written, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience or interest in emerging Microsoft AI capabilities such as Agent Builder, Cowork, Agent 365, Researcher, Analyst, and related tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, governance, compliance, DLP, retention, and information protection.
- Working knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- Experience supporting proposals, SOW development, estimates, or pursuit activities.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Security, AI, or Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in understanding how Microsoft 365, Copilot, agents, and AI-powered ways of working can improve productivity and business outcomes.
- Facilitate or support workshops, discovery sessions, assessments, presentations, and solution-design activities.
- Identify, prioritize, and define high-value Copilot and agent use cases.
- Support the development of roadmaps, recommendations, governance approaches, and business cases.
- Help clients determine when to use Microsoft 365 Copilot, agents, Copilot Studio, or broader automation solutions.
- Contribute to the design and shaping of agent-based solutions using Microsoft technologies.
- Help define agent use cases, knowledge sources, governance needs, ownership models, and success measures.
- Support proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production deployments.
- Advise on responsible AI, risk management, lifecycle management, and operational readiness.
- Support the assessment of Microsoft 365 readiness across identity, permissions, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, security, compliance, and governance.
- Support Copilot readiness reviews, governance frameworks, and AI operating models.
- Collaborate with business, security, privacy, compliance, and technology stakeholders.
- Provide architecture-aware recommendations that balance value, risk, cost, and maintainability.
- Lead workstreams or support small-to-medium engagements from discovery through delivery, with appropriate guidance from senior team members.
- Work with PM’s to support the management of scope, risks, budgets, timelines, stakeholder expectations, and engagement health.
- Facilitate client meetings and working sessions, and support senior team members in executive discussions.
- Produce high-quality deliverables including assessments, roadmaps, recommendations, and executive presentations.
- Support proposals, statements of work, estimates, and client pursuits.
- Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, service offerings, and thought leadership with support from the broader team.
- Build professional relationships with clients, Microsoft contacts, and colleagues over time.
- Share knowledge and support fellow team members through coaching, feedback, and technical guidance where appropriate.
- Contribute to delivery quality by reviewing work products where appropriate and applying practice standards.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices, and capability development across the practice.
