About The Position

TM Floyd & Company is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for a remote role. The position involves working within Agile teams to support the delivery of scalable, cloud-based analytics solutions. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or Green Card holders, able to work on a W2, and capable of obtaining a low-level U.S. security clearance. Sponsorship is not available, and C2C or third-party candidates are not accepted. The hourly rate is $45.50. Benefits depend on the length of the assignment, and the company offers a referral bonus of up to $1,000. Requirements

At least 6 years of IT business analysis experience.
Experience as an Agile Product Owner or Agile Business Analyst.
Experience with cloud-hosted applications.
Knowledge of Medicare.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and ALM.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or another job-related field; alternatively, 4 years of job-related work experience, or 2 years of job-related experience plus an Associate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or another job-related field.
Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
Must be able to work on a W2.
Must be capable of obtaining a low-level U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

Participate in daily stand-ups within Agile teams.
Use Jira and Confluence to track progress, document user stories, and collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
Contribute to team presentations and explain technical concepts clearly in business-oriented language.
Take ownership of tasks, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the delivery of scalable, cloud-based analytics solutions.
