About The Position

The Senior Brand Manager, U.S. Women’s Health is a strategic brand and commercial leader responsible for driving the performance and growth of the U.S. Women’s Health business. Women’s Health is a high growth and strategic focus for Perrigo. The Senior Brand Manager will have the ability to shape the portfolio, drive meaningful impact on access, education, and consumer health outcomes. Given its strategic importance, candidate will also have exposure to senior leaders. This role is the day-to-day business leader for our US Brands and Store Brands, helping manage the U.S. P&L, business analytics, annual brand planning, and execution of integrated marketing, media, customer, and trade plans across branded and store brand portfolios. The Senior Brand Manager will translate consumer, customer, category, competitive, and financial insights into clear strategies that advance the portfolio, grow market share, strengthen brand equity, and deliver business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong CPG or consumer healthcare brand management experience, analytical rigor, operational discipline, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners with clarity, urgency, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive brand management, consumer marketing, digital marketing, shopper marketing, retail marketing, or commercial experience; CPG, OTC, consumer healthcare, or regulated category experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience owning or heavily influencing P&L management, business analytics & forecasting, brand planning, media planning, trade activation, and cross-functional commercial execution.
  • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret syndicated data, financials, market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to make confident recommendations.
  • Proven ability to develop brand strategies, lead integrated marketing plans, manage A&P budgets, and evaluate performance against business objectives.
  • Experience advancing portfolio growth, including innovation, renovation, commercialization, pricing, promotion, and customer sell-in support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, executive presence, and ability to influence cross-functional partners and external agencies without direct authority.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, organizational pivots, and fast-moving business needs; strong project management, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines.
  • Digital marketing, media, social, eCommerce, HCP, and performance reporting experience strongly preferred.
  • Up to 15% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the U.S. Women’s Health P&L, including revenue, gross margin, A&P investment, trade spend inputs, and overall brand contribution.
  • Lead business analytics, performance reporting, consumption forecasting and diagnosis of brand, category, customer, channel, media, and competitive trends.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve business performance, optimize resource allocation, and support sales and marketing decision-making.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Strategy, Insights, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Commercial leadership to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives.
  • Represent the U.S. business in demand reviews, forecast discussions, inventory planning, performance updates, and budget management.
  • Develop U.S. brand plans that define growth strategy, consumer and customer priorities, investment plans, KPIs, and executional roadmaps.
  • Advance both branded and store brand portfolios by identifying growth opportunities, portfolio gaps, pricing and promotion opportunities, and commercialization priorities.
  • Maintain clear brand architecture, positioning, claims strategy, content priorities, and consistent visual and verbal identity across the Women’s Health portfolio.
  • Lead execution of integrated marketing plans, including media, digital, social, HCP, shopper, retail, customer, sampling, and promotional activation.
  • Partner with Customer Strategy, Sales, and Trade teams to develop customer-ready materials, sales communications, trade plans, and customer meeting support.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness, media performance, digital engagement, customer impact, and market share results; adjust plans based on objective evaluation of KPIs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and external agency partners through clear briefs, aligned objectives, feedback, timelines, budget management, and executional excellence.
