About The Position

The Senior Brand Manager owns the profit and loss of a beauty portfolio inside Neato's eCommerce accelerator model. This role is accountable for contribution margin, setting prices, protecting the buy box, managing inventory levels, running the promotional calendar, chasing reimbursements, and reporting on results. The Senior Brand Manager will act as the primary point of contact for brand partners, conducting weekly reviews, quarterly strategy sessions, and joint planning. This is a P&L seat with performance-linked upside, requiring daily collaboration with Supply Chain, Creative, Ads, and Finance teams.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years operating a beauty CPG brand's P&L
  • Direct Amazon 1P and 3P operating experience (not agency-adjacent)
  • Ability to present weekly numbers and P&L to peers without notes
  • Fluency in managing and collecting Amazon reimbursements
  • Experience with MAP enforcement across marketplaces
  • Literacy in contribution margin, with the ability to defend promotional or pricing strategies to a CFO
  • A bias for action over meetings and decks

  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, DTC, and Walmart, or the ability to learn quickly

Responsibilities

  • Manage the availability and in-stock rate for all ASINs, setting reorder cadences with Supply Chain and preventing stockouts.
  • Control pricing and margin across all channels, ensuring buy box protection and MAP enforcement, and defending margins against algorithmic changes.
  • Oversee merchandising, assortment, and conversion by managing detail pages, A+ content, video, imagery, reviews, and variations.
  • Drive profit recovery through managing billbacks, reimbursements, chargebacks, and shortage claims.
  • Lead marketplace control efforts by quarterbacking enforcement plans with Legal and brands to address unauthorized sellers, MAP violators, and counterfeits.
  • Develop and own the ad strategy, including Vine, PPC, DSP, and external traffic, with a focus on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Manage the promotion and subscription strategy, including the promo calendar, deal cadence, and Subscribe & Save base growth, ensuring each promotion has a P&L before execution.
  • Serve as the primary brand partner, conducting weekly reviews, quarterly strategy sessions, and joint planning, and acting as the first point of contact for brand escalations.
