About The Position

Moonbox is looking for a Senior Brand & Creative Designer who combines strong design craft with an AI-first way of working. You’ll create distinctive brand identities and creative work across digital and physical touchpoints, moving quickly from ideas to polished execution. You’ll develop concepts, identity systems, campaign visuals, and presentation-ready work; collaborate with strategists and project teams; and explain your thinking clearly to colleagues and clients. You should be comfortable using AI throughout exploration and production to work faster and push ideas further—while applying your own taste, originality, and quality control to the final result.

Requirements

• Substantial agency experience.
• A portfolio showing original concepts, strong typography and visual systems, and work carried through to execution.
• An AI-first mindset: actively experiment with emerging tools and can show how they improve your process and output.
• Speed and adaptability without sacrificing design quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to present ideas, receive feedback, and work closely with a Dubai-based team.

Nice To Haves

• Preferably 5–6 years of experience in brand and creative design.
