About The Position

F&M Trust is seeking a confident and experienced Senior Financial Services Representative to join our Orchard Park team. This position is located at our Orchard Park Community Office. This role plays a critical part in delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience while supporting the overall effectiveness of branch operations. The Senior FSR serves as a knowledgeable, trusted presence in the office-handling complex transactions, assisting customers with financial solutions, and supporting teammates through leadership, example, and collaboration. This is a full-time opportunity, approximately scheduled for 40 hours per week, offering competitive pay and a robust benefits package. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in banking, financial services, or a customer-facing service role preferred
  • Comfortable discussing financial topics with customers
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt, professional service while processing a broad range of financial transactions
  • Assist customers by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services
  • Open and maintain consumer deposit accounts and provide support with business account services as needed
  • Support daily branch operations, ensuring accuracy, policy adherence, and smooth workflow
  • Serve as a resource for both customers and coworkers by sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Uphold all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Represent F&M Trust with professionalism, integrity, and a strong service mindset
