About The Position
F&M Trust is seeking a confident and experienced Senior Financial Services Representative to join our Orchard Park team. This position is located at our Orchard Park Community Office. This role plays a critical part in delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience while supporting the overall effectiveness of branch operations. The Senior FSR serves as a knowledgeable, trusted presence in the office-handling complex transactions, assisting customers with financial solutions, and supporting teammates through leadership, example, and collaboration. This is a full-time opportunity, approximately scheduled for 40 hours per week, offering competitive pay and a robust benefits package. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or a customer-facing service role preferred
- Comfortable discussing financial topics with customers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, professional service while processing a broad range of financial transactions
- Assist customers by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services
- Open and maintain consumer deposit accounts and provide support with business account services as needed
- Support daily branch operations, ensuring accuracy, policy adherence, and smooth workflow
- Serve as a resource for both customers and coworkers by sharing knowledge and best practices
- Uphold all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Represent F&M Trust with professionalism, integrity, and a strong service mindset
