About The Position

Nexer Czech Republic, a division within DANIR AB, is seeking Senior Backend Developers to join an international team developing a business process automation and workflow orchestration platform used by organizations worldwide. The role focuses on building scalable backend services that power complex enterprise business processes and support organizations’ digital transformation initiatives.

The position is fully remote and involves working with cloud-native technologies, AI-assisted coding tools, and engineering teams across multiple countries. The role is available to candidates working remotely from Czechia, Slovakia, or Hungary, and the working language is English. Full-time allocation is specified, with a B2B employment arrangement. The stated start date is availability to start by the end of 2026.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Kotlin and/or Java.
• Senior-level software development experience.
• Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Knowledge of modern software engineering practices.
• Ability to work effectively in distributed international teams.
• Professional communication skills in English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with data analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code.
• Cloud-native development experience.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise platforms.
