Requirements

• B2B cold calling experience for at least 2 years
• Comfortable with 75–100+ dials a day
• Ability to handle rejection
• Like performance‑based pay
• Show up on time and own your numbers

Responsibilities

• Calling businesses
• Talking to decision‑makers
• Booking qualified appointments
• Dialing
• Getting past gatekeepers
• Talking to business owners
• Handling objections
• Setting 8–10 solid appointments a week
• Logging everything in Salesforce
• Repeating
