About The Position

American Management Services, Inc. is looking for high-energy hunters for our Orlando office. This is a high-volume outbound role for those who thrive on the chase. If dialing doesn’t scare you and results excite you, this could be your next win. This role involves calling businesses, talking to decision-makers, and booking qualified appointments. The ideal candidate is comfortable with 75-100+ dials a day, does not panic when faced with rejection, and enjoys performance-based pay. Responsibilities include dialing extensively, bypassing gatekeepers, speaking with business owners, handling objections, setting 8-10 appointments per week, and logging activities in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of B2B cold calling experience
  • Comfortable with 75-100+ dials a day
  • Ability to handle constant rejection and stay aggressive
  • Comfortable with performance-based pay
  • Punctual and accountable for numbers
