About The Position

Roboyo AI is a category shaper in Applied AI and Agentic Automation, helping enterprises move from automation projects and AI experiments to governed, production-grade systems. Its work includes autonomous agents, AI engineering squads, process orchestration, data and knowledge foundations, and human-in-the-loop governance. The Senior Automation Engineer owns the technical delivery of UiPath automation workstreams end-to-end, from design and development through testing and deployment. The role works with international clients in a distributed, global delivery environment, delivering complex automation and Agentic AI solutions while supporting engineering quality, production stability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Intelligent Automation software engineering, with deep, demonstrable expertise developing complex UiPath workflows.
Strong proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification.
Experience with AI Center, Action Center, and Coding agents, and proven expertise building Agentic AI solutions.
Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to reverse-engineer legacy processes and design efficient modern architectures.
Ability to clearly communicate technical challenges and solutions to technical peers and project management.
Authorization to work in the United States for any employer without employment-based sponsorship; the company does not provide visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to consulting environments or client-facing roles.
Python coding skills or willingness to develop technical capabilities.
Interest in upskilling in process mining, low-code platforms such as Power Apps, conversational AI such as Cognigy or Druid, or test automation such as UiPath Test Suite.
Experience with Automation Anywhere or Power Automate.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy complex, scalable Intelligent Automation solutions using advanced UiPath capabilities, integrating APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level automation engineers and assist the Tech Lead with peer code reviews to enforce coding standards and reusability.
Discover, estimate, and deliver Agentic AI solutions using the UiPath suite.
Participate in the CI/CD pipeline and write and execute automated unit and integration tests to support reliable deployments and mitigate production risks.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical defects, optimize performance bottlenecks, and stabilize processes before handoff to support teams.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices and continuously improve consulting service offerings.
