About The Position

WPP Media’s Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Associate, Workflow & Automation to connect technology platforms, operational workflows, and agency teams. The role focuses on Tier 2 platform support and incident leadership, systems integration, and business analysis. It supports the reliability, efficiency, and accuracy of an integrated ecosystem spanning agency workflows, AI and automation capabilities, and enterprise systems, rather than developing standalone codebases or building platforms from the ground up. This is an internal-facing role supporting teams across WPP Media agency brands serving the US client roster. It does not include direct external client-facing responsibilities. The position works with engineering, product, and account teams to diagnose and resolve issues, improve workflows, validate data flows, and promote platform adoption. It also creates documentation and provides training to internal stakeholders. WPP Media describes its work as bringing together media, data, and partnerships through its AI-driven media operating unit and WPP Open platform. The company offers a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week. The listed US base salary range is $45,000–$90,000.
