This role focuses on designing and connecting end-to-end user journeys across acquisition, education, and conversion. The Senior Associate, User Design Experience will translate defined journey directions into clear flows, UI, and interaction patterns, utilizing personas, behavioral data, and intent signals to shape experiences. They will identify and propose improvements for friction and drop-offs, connect individual touchpoints into cohesive experiences, and drive standardization of high-performing patterns for consistency and performance. The role also involves supporting performance and optimization by designing experiences that meet engagement, conversion, and lead quality goals, partnering with Product and Analytics to define metrics and support experimentation. Applying and reinforcing design systems, ensuring solutions align with established patterns and support scalability, and designing with a system-first mindset are key. The position requires delivering high-quality, production-ready work, ensuring designs are implementation-ready and aligned with system standards, and defining UX requirements. The role involves executing within defined strategy, translating high-level direction into actionable design work, managing multiple priorities, and communicating progress and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and design leadership. The Senior Associate will own design decisions within the growth & conversion lane that align with system standards and experience principles.
