Requirements

• Production support experience with a Tier 1 asset management application.
• Strong capital markets and asset management domain skills.

• A learning-oriented attitude.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude in day-to-day production support work.
• Strong skills in understanding technology stacks, tracing logs, using GitHub, and working with AWS.
• Business analysis skills to help develop self-service support utilities.
• Availability to work flexible hours and over weekends.

Responsibilities
