Senior Associate, Technical Product Manager

HITT Contracting•Washington DC, DC

About The Position

HITT is seeking a Senior Associate, Product Manager to help build and operate its proprietary project software platform, which supports pricing, budgeting, financial management, and related business processes. This hands-on role is suited to an early-career product professional with strong technical fluency who wants to grow in product management. The position owns a defined product area and works day to day with a Business Analyst on requirements, testing, and delivery, while taking responsibility for platform releases and operations in collaboration with Engineering, DevOps, and System Integrator partners. The role partners with Product Leadership, business stakeholders, and field users to maintain a dependable, supportable, and continually improving platform through rapid, iterative Agile cycles. Its work must earn adoption across decentralized, high-velocity field environments, including jobsites, trailers, and offices. The specific platform components and features may evolve, but the role is responsible for understanding how the product is built and run, keeping it dependable for users, and helping the team ship improvements. The position reports to Product Leadership.
