About The Position

This role supports hiring across Related’s portfolio of businesses, with a near-term emphasis on Related Digital, the firm’s vertically integrated data center development and investment platform serving AI and cloud hyperscale technology companies. The ideal candidate brings agency or search firm experience, strong direct sourcing capabilities, and a track record of managing complex searches across specialized functions. This is an on-site role based in New York City, with the expectation of being in office at least four days per week.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5–7 years of recruiting experience; agency or search firm background preferred or equivalent in-house experience
  • Prior experience recruiting within data center, digital infrastructure, or mission-critical environments strongly preferred; candidates with backgrounds in real estate development, construction, or broader infrastructure recruiting are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated ability to directly source and engage candidates for specialized, hard-to-fill
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail and a professional, responsive approach.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when managing searches and sensitive hiring
  • Entrepreneurial orientation and genuine comfort operating in a dynamic environment, with the ability to take on different types of hiring as business priorities shift.
  • Uses AI tools as a natural part of daily workflow across sourcing, outreach, and candidate research; hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or ZoomInfo; proactive in staying current as the landscape evolves.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full lifecycle recruiting across Related’s portfolio of businesses, with a near-term emphasis on Related Digital and specialized roles spanning data center development, construction, engineering, and corporate functions.
  • Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, market mapping, and talent intelligence across target sectors and peer firms.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders on search strategy, candidate development, and execution across a multi-business portfolio.
  • Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer, maintaining clear communication and strong process discipline throughout.
  • Maintain recruiting workflows, pipeline reporting, applicant tracking, and interview feedback processes to keep searches organized and stakeholders well-informed.
