Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Pharmacology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field)
  • Hands-on laboratory experience in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or academic setting
  • Experience with LC-MS/MS analysis is required
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and data integrity skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with plasma protein binding assays, particularly using HTD (equilibrium dialysis systems)
  • Familiarity with additional in vitro ADME assays
  • Experience working in a fast-paced drug discovery environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine in vitro DMPK assays, including: Plasma protein binding (PPB) Plasma stability assays
  • Execute experiments using established protocols (e.g., equilibrium dialysis-based methods) to assess drug binding, which is critical for understanding drug distribution, efficacy, and clearance
  • Analyze and document experimental data with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare clear, concise experimental records and summary reports
  • Maintain organized laboratory notebooks and data systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and deliverables
  • Contribute to maintaining a high-quality, efficient lab environment
  • Uses AI tools to enhance individual productivity and quality of work
