Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Pharmacology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field)
- Hands-on laboratory experience in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or academic setting
- Experience with LC-MS/MS analysis is required
- Strong organizational, documentation, and data integrity skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Nice To Haves
- Experience with plasma protein binding assays, particularly using HTD (equilibrium dialysis systems)
- Familiarity with additional in vitro ADME assays
- Experience working in a fast-paced drug discovery environment
Responsibilities
- Perform routine in vitro DMPK assays, including: Plasma protein binding (PPB) Plasma stability assays
- Execute experiments using established protocols (e.g., equilibrium dialysis-based methods) to assess drug binding, which is critical for understanding drug distribution, efficacy, and clearance
- Analyze and document experimental data with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare clear, concise experimental records and summary reports
- Maintain organized laboratory notebooks and data systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and deliverables
- Contribute to maintaining a high-quality, efficient lab environment
- Uses AI tools to enhance individual productivity and quality of work
