Regeneron Pharmaceuticals•Tarrytown, GA
•$80,300 - $131,100

About The Position

The Senior Associate Scientist - Bioanalysis trains on and executes bioanalytical methods for clinical and nonclinical studies under minimal supervision. The role independently performs bioanalysis, interprets data to assess assay performance and identify anomalies, determines appropriate sample dilutions, and generates high-quality data and documentation. It uses LIMS for sample and plate workflows and data entry, and ELN for documenting procedures. The scientist prepares and qualifies reagents, troubleshoots assay issues, summarizes and presents data, and may review or edit bioanalytical method procedures. The position collaborates with Quality Control and cross-functional teams, contributes to meetings and process improvements, and may support method validation, qualification, and transfer. It may coordinate bioanalysis activities for a program, represent the team in project discussions, prepare program documentation, and train or support other laboratory staff. Laboratory work and documentation must comply with company procedures, bioanalytical methods, and applicable regulations such as GLP and GCP.
