About The Position

Regeneron is seeking an Associate Scientist or Senior Associate Scientist to support preclinical cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic disease research programs. The role contributes to planning, execution, and analysis of in vivo studies and laboratory-based assays, collaborating with scientists and cross-functional teams to generate high-quality data for therapeutic research and development. The position is onsite in Tarrytown, New York.

Requirements

• M.S. in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacology, Physiology, or a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience; or a B.S. with 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Hands-on experience conducting rodent in vivo studies.
• Experience with ELISA and other laboratory-based assays.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cardiovascular, renal, metabolic, or translational disease research.
• Experience with tissue collection, sample processing, and biomarker analysis.
• Familiarity with experimental design and data interpretation in a preclinical research setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and support rodent in vivo studies, including animal handling, dosing, sample collection, necropsy, and tissue harvesting.
• Perform laboratory assays, including ELISA and other biomarker analyses.
• Process and organize biological samples for downstream analyses.
• Maintain accurate experimental records, databases, and study documentation.
• Analyze, interpret, and summarize experimental data.
• Collaborate with scientists, research associates, and core facilities to support study objectives and timelines.
• Assist in study planning, protocol execution, troubleshooting, and implementation of new experimental techniques.
• Present experimental findings and contribute to study reports, presentations, and team discussions.
