Senior Associate, Dasher & Logistics - Regional Operations (West) Strategy & Operations
About The Position
DoorDash is looking for you to join our team as a Senior Associate, Regional Operations - Parcel on the Drive team. DoorDash Drive is our company's hyper-growth platform team serving restaurants, grocers and retailers across the United States, Canada and Australia. We operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and quality — obsessing over performance, efficiency, and scalable processes as we expand our footprint. This team partners cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Business Development, and external partners to launch new capabilities, improve performance, and standardize best-in-class operational practices across our logistics network. We are looking for someone to drive quality improvements, unblock complex logistical challenges, and build scalable, standardized systems to ensure on time delivery. Our regional operations team focuses on delivery quality, loss prevention, operational efficiency, and merchant experience. You will play an integral role in managing day-to-day operations and site performance in a specific region within the U.S. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to build and implement key operating procedures to drive compliance and improve quality. This role reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager. We expect this role to be up to 25% travel.
Requirements

- You have 3+ years’ experience in on-the-ground warehousing or logistics, preferably in the 3PL space.
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- If internal, you qualify for internal mobility guidelines
Nice To Haves
- You have experience scaling operations in a successful start-up
- You have a demonstrated interest in logistics, on-demand services, and marketplaces
- You have multi-unit management experience
- You have experience working with 3PLs
Responsibilities
- Analyze performance and unlock opportunity — Identify high-impact operational challenges, uncover root causes through quantitative and qualitative insights, and implement scalable solutions that improve service quality, efficiency, and reliability of the network
- Scale processes and operations — Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business Development to standardize operating procedures and build systems that support sustainable growth
- Drive success metrics — Support 3P performance across 15–20 locations—partnering with site leadership to keep operations running smoothly, efficiently, and safely while continuously raising the performance bar.
