About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Associate Publisher Growth Manager to join our Publisher Operations team. This role will act as the link between different internal and external projects, ensuring excellent customer service and driving growth and adoption for our publisher partners. The ideal candidate thrives in early-stage companies, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, possesses deep ad tech experience and connections, is obsessed with customer satisfaction, and is driven to grow revenue for clients. Responsibilities include learning new technologies, communicating with executive-level clients, pitching platform adoption, and collaborating with technical teams. The role requires proactivity, responsiveness, and the ability to deliver actionable insights to clients to drive their business forward, along with strategic aptitude for implementing complex solutions cooperatively with team members.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience programmatic video experience preferably at an ad server, DSP, SSP, or publisher
• Knowledge of video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI, header bidding, and programmatic advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to deliver insights by way of data, reports, and/or presentations
• History of driving projects forward and identifying areas for improvements while working collaboratively across both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage key publisher clients acting as the first point of contact
• Understand client challenges and needs; liaise with internal teams such as sales, solutions architects, product, and marketing to provide solutions to complex problems
• Drive revenue growth of our publisher accounts through problem solving, yield analysis, optimization and relationship building
• Coordinate execute the setup, trafficking, and management of digital ad campaigns
• Continuous monitoring of publisher performance data to identify any issues and provide recommendations for growth opportunities
