Senior Associate Publisher Growth Manager
About The Position
We are seeking a Publisher Growth Manager to join our Publisher Operations team. This role will serve as a crucial link between various projects, ensuring excellent customer service and driving growth and adoption for our customers. The ideal candidate thrives in an early-stage company environment, is comfortable taking on multiple responsibilities, possesses deep ad tech experience and connections, is dedicated to customer satisfaction, and is motivated to increase revenue for clients. Responsibilities include learning new technologies and features, communicating with executive-level clients, promoting platform adoption, and collaborating with a technical team. The role requires proactivity, responsiveness, and the ability to provide actionable insights to clients to advance their businesses. A strategic aptitude for cooperative problem-solving to implement complex solutions is essential.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years programmatic video experience preferably at an ad server, DSP, SSP, or publisher
- Knowledge of video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI, header bidding, and programmatic advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to deliver insights by way of data, reports, and/or presentations
- History of driving revenue growth across existing accounts
- Can demonstrate identifying areas for improvements and project delivery while working collaboratively across both internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Professional level German is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of publisher clients including training of all Publica features and products
- Understand client challenges and needs; liaise with internal teams such as sales, solutions architects, product, and marketing to provide solutions to complex problems
- Drive revenue growth of our publisher accounts through problem solving, optimization and relationship building
- Continuous monitoring of publisher performance data to identify any issues and provide recommendations for growth opportunities
