About The Position

American Express is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager for the Amex Travel App within the Global Digital Customer Experience (DCX) organization. This role is part of the Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) business, which provides exclusive access, differentiated value, and unrivaled benefits to Card Members for leisure or business travel and lifestyle experiences. The DCX organization is a strategic focus area for growth within TLS, aiming to meet growing demand and elevate service offerings. The specific product domain for this role will be determined at the time of hiring and may include Pre-Trip (post-booking experiences, itinerary management, servicing, digital support), Dream & Plan (inspiration, planning, discovery, wishlists, benefits, core app foundations), or Book & On Trip (booking flows, checkout, conversion, on-trip interactions).

Requirements

  • Experience in product management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital customer experiences.
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and market trends.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive product strategy and roadmap for specific product domains within the Amex Travel App.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital customer experiences.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and business performance to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Global Digital Customer Experience (DCX) organization within TLS.
  • Ensure the Amex Travel App meets growing demand and elevates service offerings.
