Sr. Associate Product Manager (Amex Digital Labs)
About The Position

As a Senior Associate Product Manager, you will work with colleagues in the U.S. and U.K. to support how we leverage AI and data to drive more personalized and engaging user experiences. You will contribute to ensuring that the recommendation engine aligns with business goals and delivers strong customer outcomes across multiple products. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, support model refinement, and help drive data-informed enhancements. This is a highly collaborative and cross-functional role, working in close partnership with key stakeholders in Engineering, Decision Science, Ventures, as well as Labs Business Development & Product Enablement teams.
