About The Position

We leverage emerging technologies to deliver innovations that enhance how customers pay, travel, dine, and experience the brand. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and delivery of Agentic Payment capabilities for our Card Members. This Senior Product Manager will focus on the strategy and execution of the frameworks, features, and services that enable seamless, secure transactions across various channels. This person will build a strong command of emerging agentic commerce protocols, existing card payments infrastructure, and new interaction models. They will lead new integrations across multiple partners, shape the end-to-end customer experience, and drive innovation at the intersection of AI, payments, and digital trust.
