As a Product Manager on the Core App team, the role involves owning the product strategy and roadmap for personalization and experimentation across the customer experience. The goal is to define how the app adapts to user behavior, how to test and learn at scale, and how to drive engagement, retention, and cross-sell through a more relevant and dynamic product experience. This role will significantly impact product adoption and growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in consumer tech or fintech
  • Experience building personalization, recommendation systems, or growth/experimentation platforms
  • Strong product sense paired with data fluency; comfortable defining metrics and using data to drive decisions
  • Track record of shipping 0→1 and iterating on product systems that scale
  • Deep understanding of current AI tools and how to leverage them effectively
  • Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for personalization across the end-to-end customer experience
  • Define how content, offers, and product surfaces adapt to user behavior, making personalization a core product differentiator
  • Build and scale experimentation capabilities, driving work from discovery through testing, launch, and iteration
  • Lead high-priority initiatives that improve core app engagement, retention, and cross-sell
