Requirements

  • 2–4 years of paid social experience, with strong hands-on experience in Meta
  • Experience managing campaigns in-platform, including setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Comfort working in a client-facing capacity or strong potential to grow into it quickly
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across accounts
  • Bias for action, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset

  • Agency experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute paid social campaigns with a primary focus on Meta
  • Oversee campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and performance tracking
  • Partner with offshore teams to support executional workflows
  • Support development of paid social strategies across multiple client accounts
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities for testing, optimization, and growth
  • Participate in client communication, including performance updates and discussions
  • Help build trust by clearly articulating performance, insights, and recommendations
  • Support in presenting results and explaining strategic direction
  • Support ~3 client accounts, with a strong focus on a core account (Success Academy)
  • Balance priorities and deliverables across programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Partner with internal teams across media, analytics, and creative
  • Contribute to cross-channel insights and reporting
