About The Position

Fi is looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager who's personally scaled Meta and TikTok at meaningful spend, runs creative testing like a system, and doesn't take platform numbers at face value. You'll build and run campaigns yourself, set the strategy, own performance against acquisition targets, and be the single accountable owner for the channel. Performance marketing sits at the center of our growth, and the decisions made in this seat move real revenue.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in performance marketing with deep, hands-on ownership of Meta and TikTok, ideally at a DTC or subscription brand at meaningful scale -- you have personally built and scaled these accounts
  • A track record of scaling spend efficiently against CAC, ROAS, or contribution-margin targets, with real examples of decisions that moved the number
  • Fluency with Advantage+, TikTok Shop and Spark Ads, server-side tracking (CAPI and Events API), catalog and commerce setups, and audience strategy
  • Strong creative instincts and real experience running structured creative testing with in-house or external creative team
  • Comfort pulling and interrogating your own numbers -- you don't take platform-reported results at face value; SQL or BI tool experience is a plus
  • Clear communication, including the ability to brief executives and write a crisp performance recap a non-marketer can follow

Responsibilities

  • Own hands-on, full-funnel execution across Meta (Advantage+ Shopping, prospecting, retargeting) and TikTok including TikTok Shop -- you build campaigns, write and QA ads, pace budgets daily, manage bidding and audiences, and make the scaling calls yourself
  • Drive your channel's contribution to our shared blended CAC target while protecting volume, partnering with Finance on true unit economics rather than platform-reported numbers
  • Own the creative brief-to-asset-to-test pipeline, representing paid social in creative reviews and keeping a steady flow of new concepts in market
  • Maintain measurement and signal quality end to end: pixel and Conversions API health, TikTok Events API, event integrity, conversion tagging, consent handling, catalog and DPA setup, and existing-customer exclusion hygiene
  • Manage brand safety and fraud controls including placement exclusions, suitability settings, and bot mitigation
  • Own the paid-side requirements, QA, and troubleshooting for Meta DPA and TikTok Shop product feeds in partnership with internal feed teams
  • Build and maintain reporting in Northbeam and Databricks, plus the weekly paid social performance narrative reconciled against source-of-truth reporting
  • Manage platform partner relationships with Meta and TikTok reps, including beta access, budget, billing, and spend reconciliation
  • Run an incrementality and testing practice (geo holdouts, lift studies) that validates spend is driving net-new customers, not harvesting existing demand
  • Lead peak planning for product launches, BFCM, and holiday, including budget scenarios, creative readiness, and audience strategy
