About The Position

The Paid Social Associate is an early-career opportunity for someone looking to build expertise in digital media and paid social advertising. This role supports the planning, setup, management, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns across a variety of client accounts and industries. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and energized by a fast-paced agency environment. This person will work closely with senior team members to gain hands-on experience across campaign execution, analytics, optimization, and client support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, social media, or advertising preferred (internship experience considered)
  • Strong interest in paid social advertising and digital media strategy
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and performance data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and resourceful attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Sheets preferred
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Google Analytics, GA4, or platform certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup, trafficking, monitoring, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and X
  • Support campaign pacing, budget tracking, QA, and performance monitoring to ensure campaigns launch and run smoothly
  • Help develop campaign reports with performance data, insights, and optimization recommendations
  • Pull platform metrics and organize data for recurring client reports and internal updates
  • Assist with audience research, competitive analysis, and platform best practices
  • Support the creation of media plans, estimates, and campaign documentation as directed by senior team members
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively flag trends, issues, or growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with analytics, creative, account service, and broader media teams on campaign needs
  • Stay current on social platform updates, ad products, and digital media trends
  • Maintain organized files, trackers, timelines, and campaign documentation
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and development opportunities to grow platform expertise
