You should be highly analytical, creative, detail oriented, and results driven, with the ability to balance multiple priorities across different verticals and product lines. This role requires deep expertise in paid social best practices, a strong creative sensibility, a data driven approach to optimization that focuses on funnel performance at every stage, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with campaign management, content, brand, creative, product marketing, and marketing operations teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to manipulate and analyze data using Excel/Google Sheets, Sigma, or SQL to identify trends and optimization opportunities at every stage of the funnel
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities across different segments, products, and stakeholder groups

  • Data-driven decision making approach with focus on testing, measurement, and continuous optimization based on performance data
  • Self-starter mentality who can work independently, take ownership of results, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement

  • Experience marketing across multiple customer segments or verticals simultaneously
  • Salesforce reporting experience and understanding of marketing attribution models
  • Familiarity with creative analytics tools (SuperAds, Motion, or equivalent) and generative AI for creative ideation and reporting

  • Translate the broader full-funnel campaign strategy into paid social campaign architecture, creative requirements, and measurement, with dedicated budget lines and KPIs at each funnel stage (awareness, consideration, conversion)
  • Manage daily campaign operations and optimization, including audience research and expansion, ad copy and creative iteration, bid strategy, exclusion management, and testing of advanced tactics including Advantage+, Conversions API, and intent-based retargeting
  • Be the creative quality bar for paid social. Partner with brand, content, and creative teams to ensure every asset shipped is on-brand, factually accurate to product claims, and built to perform on paid social
