Senior Associate, Operations Strategy
About The Position
The Operations Strategy Senior Associate will help design the future state vision for Eagle Operations and Service in parternship with the Head of Strategy and the Chief Operating Officer of Eagle Strategies. This vision will map key decisions related to workflow design, insourcing and outsourcing critical functions, new account processing improvement, service model responsibliities (including Eagle Advanced Service Model), and the delivery of key process and technology improvements to the field. The Operations Strategy Senior Associate will also assist accross disciplines such as Licensing and Registrations and Financial Planning Operations with work that is aligned with the overall goal of operating entity efficiency, process improvement, and technology delivery.
