About The Position

The Senior Associate, Manufacturing Engineering implements moderate enhancements or improvements to systems and processes to solve problems or improve the effectiveness of the job area. The role involves general opportunities for problem-solving and innovation that may require understanding a broader set of issues, though they are typically not complex. Solutions are often based on prior experience and analysis of the issues.

The position operates under general supervision and may be responsible for entire projects or processes within the job area. It manages projects or processes, helps achieve operational targets for specific programs and projects, communicates and interprets operational practices and procedures, and provides guidance, coaching, and training to other employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; alternatively, a graduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

• Operate under general supervision and take responsibility for entire projects or processes within the job area.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within the job area.
• Manage projects with responsibility for delegating work and reviewing others' work products.
