About The Position
Work directly with leading private equity and hedge fund firms in the alternative asset industry, under the guidance of an experienced team. Support IQ-EQ client leads across multiple private equity funds in diverse industries, collaborating with managers, teammates, and support functions to meet client expectations and deliverables on time. Apply knowledge of limited partnership agreements to financial reporting, allocations, and compliance. Prepare and review financial tasks, manage audits and year-end processes, help onboard new team members, and recommend operational improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- More than 3 years of experience in private equity or a related industry.
- Strong accounting knowledge.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to deliver exceptional client service and communicate professionally and effectively.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and give and receive constructive feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines accurately and with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed and produce high-quality work under pressure.

Responsibilities
- Support client leads across multiple private equity funds in diverse industries.
- Collaborate with managers, team members, and support functions to meet client expectations and deliverables on time.
- Apply knowledge of limited partnership agreements to financial reporting, allocations, and compliance.
- Prepare and review journal entries, fee and interest calculations, investor notices, and waterfall models.
- Manage audits and year-end processes.
- Assist with onboarding new team members.
- Suggest improvements to operational efficiency.
