About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Early Career Programs on the Talent Discovery & Selection Team to help us expand what’s possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the Manager, Early Career Programs, you’ll source, engage, and hire top early career candidates and university students into internship and/or full-time opportunities. This includes representing Insmed at virtual and on-site events local to our US locations. This role positions you as an important team member in supporting our talent pipeline while helping to showcase what makes Insmed a place where emerging professionals can make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree along with 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (or a related field) or a combination of education, training, and internship experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a sense of urgency and clear prioritization
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams
  • Excellent client relationship, networking and partnering skills at all levels of an organization.
  • Prior experience in university recruiting or early career programs
  • Passionate about helping early career candidates find their career path
  • Curious about AI and eager to explore how automation tools can make recruiting smarter and more efficient
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support where needed

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience planning and executing university recruitment events (virtual, in-person, or both)
  • Experience with Handshake or similar campus recruiting platforms
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Experience participating and/or executing internship or co-op programs preferred

Responsibilities

  • Execute Insmed’s Early Career strategy by collaborating with colleges and universities, external stakeholders and cross-functional teams including Talent Discovery & Selection, Human Resources, and hiring managers, to deliver an outstanding candidate experience that authentically represents our innovative culture and mission.
  • Execute full life-cycle campus recruiting (kick-off calls, interviews, debriefs, offer letters).
  • Bring the intern experience to life by coordinating onboarding, program scheduling, and intern orientation travel logistics
  • Represent Insmed at events (such as information sessions, career fairs, and student organization meetings) and assist in coordinating and participating in in-house recruitment events hosted by Insmed
  • Craft and send targeted email campaigns to promote job postings, upcoming career fairs, and campus events
  • Support relationships with career services offices, student organizations, and administration representatives at colleges and universities
  • Track, record, and report on key recruitment metrics and activity data to fuel data-driven program decisions
  • Perform administrative tasks related to campus recruitment logistics, vendor coordination, and event planning
