About The Position

This role is responsible for owning and operating global social media end-to-end, with full accountability for strategy, execution, and performance at an enterprise level. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to build and run scalable systems, including workflows, governance, approvals, and global operating frameworks. The role involves navigating complexity, including regulatory environments, competing stakeholder needs, and fast-changing platforms. A strong cross-functional collaborator, aligning social strategy with broader business, marketing, and product priorities, is needed.
