Deep platform expertise, with LinkedIn as the firm’s primary channel, supported by strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts, is expected. The candidate should be experienced in evolving content strategies, using multiple asset types, experimentation, and performance-led optimization. High AI fluency, applying new tools and technologies to drive efficiency, scale, and continuous improvement, is also a key requirement. The role involves navigating complexity, including regulatory environments, competing stakeholder needs, and fast-changing platforms. A strong cross-functional collaborator, aligning social strategy with broader business, marketing, and product priorities, is needed. The role requires commercial awareness, with asset management experience or a clear commitment to quickly learning Janus Henderson product lines, tracking competitor activity and the broader landscape to inform ideas and recommendations through social listening.
